Adenbrook Homes Wollongong is an expansion of the Greater Sydney business, with the continued partnership between Daniel Galea and John Castellano . Both business owners have a passion for the building trade but from different perspectives. Daniel Galea is a builder and has many years’ experience in his local region, while John’s property experience is more aligned to sales and marketing. It is this dynamic combination that has allowed them to expand their business but to also create an experience like none other. Working together to ensure that quality workmanship is coupled with an exceptional buyer experience and customer service certainly sets the Adenbrook Homes Wollongong team apart from their competition.

Both Daniel and John are focused on and proud to be able to have such a significant impact on the local community. Employing local trades, the Adenbrook Homes Wollongong business supports the local economy and provides opportunity that otherwise wouldn’t be possible. Not limited to providing employment opportunities, the team are also extremely active in raising funds for local charities and donating to local groups. The team were impressive in their fundraising efforts this June in support of their corporate partners, the National Breast Cancer Foundation . Through the ‘GoPink’ month the Adenbrook Homes Wollongong team raised over $16,000 directly towards finding a cure, with the aim to have zero deaths from breast cancer by 2030. The fundraising efforts were fuelled by Daniel Galea and site supervisor Ben Adams shaving their heads at the end of the month which certainly gained extra attention and support from their local community.

Our dream home on the South coast, NSW is complete and it’s far exceeded our expectations as first time builders. Adenbrook totally exceeded all our expectations when it came to building our home. From the very first steps of deciding on plans through to hand over, all the consultants and supervisors were incredibly accommodating. Nothing was ever too much trouble and everyone took the time to explain the process with us considering it was our first ever build. The workmanship is incredible and we were in our home within 5 months from the land being benched. Highly recommend Adenbrook and the amazing staff. Renee, Elle and Jill were fabulous in handling appointments, plans, colours etc and Mike was incredible in making it all come together, including going above and beyond to include extra little details we had forgotten about. My partner and I built the Iluka design with adenbrook homes and we couldn’t be happier with the final product! Special mention to Shane the site supervisor who was great to deal with and answered every question we had. We really can’t fault anything throughout the building process and handover, this was our first build and have recommended Adenbrook to others. The process was easy and items that could have been an issue were managed.

From start to finish the team at Adenbrook were efficient in making sure that things happened quickly and that we were kept in the loop every step of the way. The quality of the finishes in our home are perfect and we are super happy with the finished product. The only extra cost we encountered was additional screw piers under our slab, for which we received a phone call from Dan the director which we really appreciated as most building companies wouldn’t do this.Every team member that we dealt with was friendly and professional and made the process easy and enjoyable for us – with a special mention to Elle, Jill and Mike.
